Summary: My husband and I spent two weeks at this charming rental. The location was just perfect! It was an easy walk to the pier village with all of the shops and restaurants and a quick drive to other local attractions. The backyard was beautiful with landscaped grounds, hot tub and plenty of seating. We also enjoyed time spent on the front porch with a porch swing and rockers. The house itself was tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. The owner provided detailed information about the house as well as local restaurants and activities. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it.

Summary: This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. It’s beautifully landscaped with lighting, lovely seating on the front porch, screen porch and back yard. Everything was as pictured and described. The owner is very generous with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, spices, etc. We enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. The beds and baths were comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is very walkable. It would be a 5 star on location, except for the runway noise with planes and small jets taking off and landing. If you’re active and out and about during the day and evenings, it is less of an issue. We are more “home bodies” and wanted to spend a lot of time just relaxing at the house and enjoying the yard and birds and hot tub, so it was a bit disruptive for us. We also hit SSI during spring break and Easter, which I think contributed to some of the air traffic. During the week after Easter, there was less traffic.
